The 146.760 is our most historic repeater.  It is located at the University of Miami Main Campus at the U of Miami.   This repeater is said to be the first in Miami.

Like all SFFMA repeaters, it is open to all licensed Amateurs.

The antenna is at about 160' on top of one of the dormitories.   It uses a DB Products very heavy duty antenna that was installed after Hurricane Andrew in 1992.    There is back up power from a generator operated by the U of M.    NOAA weather radio alerts are heard on this repeater.

The radio is a GE Mastr II.   The controller is an ACC 85.

This repeater is full time linked to co-located the 1291.8 repeater.

This repeater is simulcast on 51.66 MHz.

Projects:

bulletLink to a co-located 441 MHz repeater
